    Get started with Sponsor Department

  • Orientation to CBRE and our business lines
  • Familiarization with CBRE business lines, operations, culture, inter-department relationships, job types and levels and clients
  • On the job and technical skills, training by appointed mentor

    Training at Host Department - Professional & Agency Services

  • Rotate through one or two host departments for on the job training
  • Understand business unit's primary functions
  • Assigned and complete function-related project/assignment
  • Create and maintain inter-department relationships for long term cooperation and collaboration

    Grow with Sponsor Department

  • Return to Sponsor Department
  • Attend training required to fill identified gaps in learning or understanding
  • Apply knowledge learnt from rotation to actual projects on an ongoing basis
  • Job shadow opportunities with senior executives

Ongoing Training and Development

Trainees shall:

  • Be exposed to different business disciplines through job rotations
  • Take on specific project assignments and benefit from working and interacting with seasoned professionals at CBRE
  • Develop critical problem solving, project management and client relationship management skills

Ongoing Feedback

Trainees shall:

  • Receive intensive coaching and on-going feedback from appointed mentors, peers, managers and internal business partners
  • Engage in self assessment during and after the training period

This process is designed to help graduates establish career aspirations and identify a career development plan within CBRE.

  • Final year students, fresh graduates or post-graduates, with less than two years work experience, majoring in Real Estate, Building Surveying, General Practice Surveying,
  • Business Administration, Economic, Retail or other related disciplines
  • Individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about real estate and have sound commercial awareness and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
