  • The annual construction figure may be minimal over the past 15 years. Its value is expected at the level of 279,315 sq m, which is 40% less than in 2017 and 70% lower than the average entry rate of new shopping centers in the last 5 years.
  • In H1 2018 the largest retail players continue to expand into the regions through the acquisition of regional networks: X5 Retail Group closed the transaction for the purchase of stores of the network of JSC "Ufimsky gastronom" (99 stores) and "Kazanskie apteki" were sold to GC "Aprel" (112 stores).
