Development continued this quarter, most notably at Axis Park – Building 100 (213,400 sq. ft.), Building 200 (96,800 sq. ft.), and Building 300 (106,500 sq. ft.) were all completed.

Occupancies went on as planned in Q3 including Caterpillar (115,400 sq. ft.) at Eastview Commerce Center – Building 6 and HapCor (114,800 sq. ft.) at Bridge Point Commerce Center – Building A.

Bread-and-butter demand, 20,000 – 50,000 sq. ft. product is seeing an uptick in activity; a good sign for Miami-Dade County industrial.
